What type of products are you using and are they safe?

This by far is always one of the first questions customers ask us. Every product we use is registered and regulated by the EPA and all directions and labels are strictly followed. All we ask is that all children and pets avoid the treated surfaces until our products are dry. We offer traditional and fully natural products for everyone.

Does KOPAW offer completely natural treatments?

We do! however, the downside to using these types of products is they do not offer long-lasting protection against invader insects and bugs. When using these types of products, we strongly recommend monthly or at minimum bi-monthly services.

How should we prep for our service?

For a general pest service there is not much prep needed, a large percentage of pests come in through the outside. As far as the inside prep of the home, moving pet bowls and food off the ground, clearing as much of the baseboards as possible, and keeping pets and people away from treated areas until the product dries.

How long will it take to stop seeing bugs?

The best answer for this is that it will depend on the type and severity of activity in and around your home, with most general pests you should expect optimal results at the 10-14 day mark. if you have any serious issues with recurring sightings you can always call our office with your concerns at (737) 232-3255 and we will gladly come out for a free service call.
